- Have a physical address in the state of Florida
- Have an existing place of business with a physical address and showroom for displaying merchandise
- Have a warehouse with the ability to accept mid-sized truck deliveries
- Ability to receive during the hours of 7AM – 4PM. Receiving personnel preferred
- Must have a forklift onsite to unload curtain-side tractor trailer
- Be in good credit standing
- Be able to purchase C.O.D. or pass our credit inspection
- Be able to purchase at least $25,000 in annual volume
- Be a licensed reseller with a tax ID number
